Welcome to Zyric. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zyric website, web application, progressive web app (PWA), mobile application, and any related services provided by Zyric LLC (“Zyric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By creating an account or using Zyric, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About Zyric

Zyric provides an AI-enhanced software platform designed for restaurants to track inventory, monitor usage, analyze data, and improve operational efficiency.

Zyric is intended for business use only.

2. Eligibility

​

To use Zyric, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be authorized to act on behalf of a restaurant or business

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

 

3. Accounts and Access

​

A. Account Creation

To access Zyric, you must create an account using accurate information.

B. Multi-User Access

Restaurant owners may allow employees or team members to access their Zyric account.

The restaurant/business is fully responsible for:

  • Managing user permissions

  • All actions taken by employees

  • Ensuring employees follow these Terms

C. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Inform us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

A. Pricing

Zyric currently offers:
Lite Plan — $99/month

Future subscription tiers may be added.

B. Billing Method

Payments are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor.

By subscribing, you authorize:

  • Recurring monthly charges

  • Stripe to store and process payment information

C. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund previous payments unless required by law.

D. Failed Payments

If payment fails, we may:

  • Retry billing

  • Contact you

  • Suspend access

  • Terminate your account

 

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use Zyric for unlawful purposes

  • Reverse-engineer, attempt to access source code, or bypass security

  • Misuse AI features in ways that expose sensitive data

  • Upload harmful or malicious content

  • Interfere with the platform, servers, or networks

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts violating this section.

6. Data and AI Usage

A. Data Provided by You

You own the data you enter into Zyric, including:

  • Inventory data

  • Usage logs

  • Restaurant information

  • Business metrics

  • Employee entries

 

B. Data Processing

Zyric processes your data to:

  • Generate AI insights

  • Monitor inventory

  • Provide analytics

  • Improve product performance

 

C. AI Services

Some features use third-party AI processing (such as OpenAI).
By using AI features, you consent to the transmission of necessary data to generate results.

AI suggestions are informational only and should not be treated as legal, financial, or operational guarantees.

7. Availability and Updates

Zyric may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance

  • Updates

  • Technical issues

  • Beta or testing environments

We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or interruptions.

We may update or modify the platform at any time.

8. Termination

​

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Fail to pay subscription fees

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

Upon termination, your access to Zyric will stop, but you may request a copy or deletion of your data (see Privacy Policy)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Zyric LLC is not liable for any business losses, revenue losses, decisions made using AI or analytics, or indirect damages.

  • The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

  • Operational decisions made by your restaurant are solely your responsibility.

This limitation applies even if Zyric was informed of the possibility of damages.

10. Indemnification

​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyric LLC from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Your employees’ use of the platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Misuse of AI features

  • Content submitted through your account

 

11. Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Pennsylvania.

12. Changes to These Terms

​

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes take effect upon posting to our website.
Your continued use of Zyric constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
