Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Zyric LLC (“Zyric,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

Zyric provides a subscription-based software platform designed for restaurants. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.
 

1. Monthly Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
 

Zyric operates on a month-to-month subscription billed through Stripe.

Because access to the platform, data analytics, and AI features is provided immediately, all subscription payments are non-refundable, including:

  • Current month’s charges

  • Previous billing cycles

  • Partial usage periods

  • Early cancellations

  • Unused features

This policy aligns with common SaaS industry standards.
 

2. Cancellation Policy
 

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

When you cancel:

  • Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • No future charges will occur

  • No refunds are issued for the current or previous periods

3. Billing Errors
 

If you believe you were incorrectly charged (duplicate payment, wrong amount, etc.), contact us within 7 days of the billing date.

We will review the request and issue an adjustment only if the charge was made in error
.

4. Service Issues Are Not Grounds for Refunds
 

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Perceived lack of value

  • Operational decisions made from AI insights

  • Staff or employee misuse

  • Failure to properly use the platform

  • Temporary downtime or maintenance

  • Incorrect data entry by the restaurant

We will, however, make reasonable efforts to resolve issues quickly.
 

5. Free Trials 

Zyric offers a free trial for 30 days:

  • You will not be billed until the trial ends

  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin

  • Trial charges are non-refundable

6. Chargebacks
 

Filing a chargeback through your bank or credit card company without contacting us first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account

  • Permanent termination of services

  • Forfeiture of all associated data

We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve billing concerns.
